Sounds like a great deal...  Now... How do I use it?

To insure items, go to the 'listings' tab, then the 'eBay listings' pane, then the 'sold' folder -- from here you will see an 'add insurance' button next to each sold eBay item.

    Greg,

Do I have to do this after the item has sold?  I don't ever go back to inkfrog once items are sold, I ship out of eBay.  Can I do this when I schedule the listing?

Yes, you must do this from inkFrog once the item is sold. It's very simple however, you just go to the sold, click 'add insurance' and it's a few more clicks and done. You can do this in bulk as well! Checkmark the items you want to insure and choose the order-->insure option

Hmm... It would be nice to be able to set it and forget it... I probably won't use it because it makes my staff have to add one step in their process.

Another item that just happened is that I had a bunch of listings fail & there is no way to reschedule them in mass.  I am forced to click into each one of them to schedule individually.  I think a feature should be added to do something in mass with failed listings.

hi Gary, it would save you a lot of money on insurance to use ours -- is there a reason you don't use inkFrog to manage your sold listings as well? Is there some feature you need?

Greg - I have 4 people that work for me... and list on my account.  I haven't ever seen anything that really makes me feel like there is a benefit to using inkfrog after the sale.  It would be VERY NICE, if there was a sub-user account so each person would be able to list under my ebay username, but each would have their own saved template and such... because each are selling out of a different zip code location.

One of the other things I would love to see is the ability add a "CUSTOM LABEL" to the listings.  My listers have to wait until the action goes live and then go back and create the "CUSTOM LABEL" in eBay.  It would be nice to have that done when creating the listing in inkfrog & to view that on the page where you look at the scheduled listings.

Gary, you can add a custom label to your listings directly within inkFrog! When you list the item, notice the 'inventory' option. If you use the inventory there is an option to add a SKU/custom label (those are the same thing in our system). You can even have these automatically created for you.
