Emergency maintenance..

One of our main SAN's is having some issues and we want to be pro-active and handle before it can cause some larger issues. The members area will be down shortly while we perform this maintenance.  We consider this an emergency on our end and is why we are taking down the members area. We would not do this otherwise. Hold tight and we will provide updates here.

 

Update, we have successfully moved many of our core pieces from the bad SAN - we are working on getting the site back up and running. It should be back online within the hour.

Update2 - We are bringing most parts of the site back online now

Update 3 - the site is now online.

    Come on this is ridiculous. Right in the middle of listing adds. Please update the ETA on fixing issue.

    If you think you have problems with frog.  Try Vendio and some of the others.    FROG is the best.

    @anlaurrye - comparing a pathetic site to a less than mediocre one is not encouraging.  Down time and constant Inkfrog issues is NOT professional and costs business owners time and hence money and do we ever get a refund or compensation for these constant issues - nah!

    hold tight all - i know this is frustration.. trust me, it's better to be pro-active than re-active or the downtime would be a lot worse.

    Look at all these people that are sitting waiting to get their work done. You guys were smart enough to post the issue on the board for everyone, how about giving us a time estimate so that we can go do something else if it'll be awhile. Ten minutes? Thirty minutes? Two hours? A little info for the people that are paying the bills please.

    wow, some of you guys are impatient.   I don't like it being down either, but the monthly fee for this site is so cheap it's hard to complain.  I don't like everything about the site, but it is a great value

    I have used Inkfrog for years, and in spite of all the glitches, downtime is NOT one of them. This is rare.
