Having problems... Diagnose & troubleshoot your computer

wayne -

Most issues can be fixed by following the steps below.  Try these in order, if the first one doesn't help move on to the next.
1.  Logout  -  Completely logout of inkFrog by using the 'logout' link in the top right corner of your inkFrog admin panel.  Be sure to close all open inkFrog browser tabs/windows as well since using more than one at a time may create random errors or cause more serious issues with your account.  If you need to use more than one inkFrog browser tab/window at the same time I recommend using different browsers. For example: install more than one of these browsers ( Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer ) and have only one inkFrog tab open in each browser.
2.  Delete the browser's cookies & cache  -  Many issues with loading web pages can be resolved by this step.  After you've logged out of inkFrog delete your browser's cookies & cache ( temp files ) and login to inkFrog again.  Instructions for clearing cache:  http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
3.  Restart your computer  -  Issues can sometimes be fixed by simply restarting your computer and then logging into inkFrog again.
4.  Update your browser  -  Check to see if you have the most recent update of your web browsers.
5.  Update your browser's plugins/add-ons/extensions  -  Sometimes these browser features ( such as Adobe Reader, Flash, Java, QuickTime, RealPlayer, Windows Media Player, etc ) can cause issues.  Most often it is because these are out of date.  Check your browser's plugins/add-ons/extensions to see if you have the latest versions installed.
6.  Update your operating system ( OS )  -  Run Microsoft Windows Update to make sure you have all the latest updates & patches installed.  If you're using a Mac OS run Software Update.
7.  Update your Flash player  -  Check to see if you have the most recent update of Flash player installed.  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
8.  Update your Java  -  Check to see if you have the most recent update of Java installed.  http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
