ShipSaver - Canceling Insurance

You can cancel insurance up to one calendar day after the shipment date. 

To cancel insurance, click the Insured menu item at the top of your ShipSaver account. 



Then find the item in your insured listed.  Once found, you can cancel insurance using one of two methods:

1. Check the box to the left of the listing and click the Void button near the upper left.

2. Click the Void button to the right of the respective listing




A confirmation page will load.  To complete the cancellation process, click the Void button on the confirmation page.
